RootsTech is one of the biggest genealogy conferences that genealogists can attend. It is hosted by FamilySearch, and both genealogists and those interested in genealogy related technology should check it out. If you register now, you can get the “Early Bird” discount. RootsTech and the Book Vendors

The organizers of RootsTech 2012 caused quite a bit of drama when they decided to ban book vendors from their exhibition space. Many genealogy bloggers have spoken out against that decision.
